Seniors Day

Shoppers aged 55 and over get 20% off eligible regular-price items in store on the first Tuesday of every month, with a myWalgreens account. Walgreens also runs an online version with its own code for a few days each month; October's ran 4–10 October 2026.

Returns and prescriptions

Returns: within 30 days with a receipt or order number. Online orders go back to a store. Gift cards, seasonal items and some health products can't be returned.
Prescriptions: the Prescription Savings Club ended in August 2024. Walgreens now accepts discount cards such as GoodRx and SingleCare.

Walgreens has no AARP discount and no year-round military discount on its own website; military offers appear only around holidays such as Veterans Day.
